Family businesses represent the predominant form of business in the world and by their complexity and heterogeneity emerge as a legitimate field of inquiry and have a worldwide scientific attention. The side of Morocco since the mid 70s, the activity of the Moroccan family businesses suffered numerous and profound changes, triggered mainly by the political-economic logic of spontaneous and mandatory Moroccanization and lesser degree of privatization with a view voluntary or advised release and integration into the global economy. The literature on this genesis remain quite mixed, by this report, we seek to rebuild the emergence of Moroccan family entrepreneurship.
