Abstract

Immun e memory of antigens can be defined as a lim it behavior of immune networks with antibody dynamics. Immune memory mechanism is studied by combining network structure and cha otic dynamical systems. The latter is contributed to defining affinity index of antibody chain. A ssociative me mory can be explored by antibody dynamics determined by such affinity indices .
